Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Sales Manager!
Responsibilities:- Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage team members of a world-class sales organization.
- Aggressively stimulate, review and monitor all business activity to ensure weekly, monthly, and yearly goal achievement.
- Ensure achievement of team sales and profitability objectives.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue streams.
- Provide quarterly evaluations of sales organization productivity.
- Evaluate team and individual performance on an ongoing basis. Provide feedback, training, and improvement to sales rep to achieve optimal individualized goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes when required.
- Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.
- 3+ years managing a team of high performing sales reps in focused on technology products.
- Experience with tracking performance and motivating sales teams.
- Strong business acumen managing to “bottom-line” profitability
- Experience in accurately forecasting for high business growth.
