About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced ITSM Product Manager to help lead the transition to our new ServiceNow platform and product/program initiatives. This is a highly visible and strategic role that will support the delivery of this rapidly expanding domain. This role is responsible for helping support, expand, and enhance a new enterprise wide ITSM solution leveraging the ServiceNow Platform. In addition, they will manage the products vendor relationships, contracts, and budget. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, project management, problem-solving skills, a proven track record of success, and a desire to win.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the Product Manager for our ServiceNow platform implementation
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team
  • Managing product demand, prioritization and manages product governance
  • Managing contracts with ITSM vendor
  • Managing plan, implementation and delivery of product releases related to the ServiceNow Platform
  • Identifying, track, and provide updates to senior leadership on program initiatives to support strategic decision making
  • Identifying best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities. Help to build a strong marketing strategy, change plan and portfolio competency
  • Establishing strong relationships with Boston Scientific ServiceNow stakeholders including R&D, Global Business Systems, HR and IT
  • Exhibiting professional maturity and helping to foster an open, challenging, stimulating, and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
  • 2+ years ServiceNow or other ITSM experience
  • Experience working in an agile team
  • Experience creating/executing impactful Change Management plans
  • Experience in developing value propositions, as well as business case opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present to peers as well as executive management
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and foster constructive relationships with key internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of business acumen, strategy creation, and executional excellence
