The Sr. Manager FP&A – Connected Home will report to the Director FP&A – Connected Home and will be responsible for ownership, oversight, and partnership across stakeholders in support of end-to-end product P&Ls across multiple products and sales channels. The Sr. Manager FP&A – Connected Home will report to the Director FP&A – Connected Home and will be responsible for ownership, oversight, and partnership across stakeholders in support of end-to-end product P&Ls across multiple products and sales channels. Their mission is to assist in driving business decisions through fact-based, financial data and analytics through financial management of product sales and effective team leadership.
As a Sr. Manager, Finance - Connect Home, here's what you'll do:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the business on the carrier Connected Home and other product sales P&Ls.
- Provide financial and operational driver and analytical insights in helping drive the business partner’s success.
- Own and manage the client sales P&Ls and 5-year financial forecasts, synthesizing inputs from functional owners including sales, operations, and client services.
- Utilize detailed financial models to simplify complex business problems and facilitate timely and accurate decision making.
- Partner with peers and business owners to drive clarity around key business drivers and risks & opportunities to both near and long-term plan.
- Develop Monthly Business Review materials, flash, and dashboards.
- Communicate financial and business results to senior leaders in a clear and concise manner.
- Guide and coach team to drive development of short and long-term goals and objectives.
- Help implement new processes as necessary to ensure success in our rapidly growing business
What You’ll Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA, CPA, or CMA viewed favorably.
- 8+ years’ experience in a high growth or transformational environment with similar responsibilities.
- Creative problem solver with ability to self-direct and drive projects to completion
- Attention to detail with focus on consistency and accuracy
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity, build strong relationships, and influence and drive consensus up, down, and across the organization
- Deep financial planning, data mining, and modeling expertise.
- Ability to establish a high degree of accountability across their organization through both performance measurement and clear communications.
