You are someone who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent in combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Proficient in excel
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Details:

The Human Resource Generalistis charged with providing high quality support to employees and partnering with management to ensure people and business needs align. This position is also responsible for overseeing payroll, 401(k) administration and benefit administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and staffing
• Performance management and improvement
• Organization development;
• Employee orientation, development, and training
• Policy development and documentation
• Employee relations
• Companywide employee communication;
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Weekly payroll processing
• Provide compliance for Workers Comp, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and other state /federal requirements
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and make sound recommendations based on business needs
• Ability to maintain confidence, confidentiality and composure during difficult or complex situations.
• High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Exposure to financials and linking people needs to the bottom-line.
• Lead Activities Committee, Green Committee, Safety Committee

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
