JOB SUMMARY
As the Senior Director, Organization Transformation and Governance, you will be responsible for leading and driving strategic transformation initiatives and governance activities across the organization. You will work closely with the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer to define and implement organizational transformation and governance strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement organization transformation and governance strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Drive significant organization change initiatives to ensure company is positioned for long term, sustainable operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks and processes to ensure effective decision-making and risk management across the organization.
• Develop and implement metrics to track the success of transformation and governance initiatives and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive organizational transformation and governance.
• Collaborate with other departments, including S&D, HR, IT, and Legal, to ensure alignment of transformation and governance activities with company policies and regulations.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure professional development and growth.

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles focused on organization transformation and governance in a related industry, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, with experience in managing multiple internal relationships at all levels of the business.
• Skilled at achieving outcomes through influencing without direct supervisory authority, with the confidence to challenge the status quo in the best interest of the company.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to build and lead effective cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.
