  • Successfully lead, inspire and coordinate the team responsible for developing, planning and implementing
    commercial plans and strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, the annual business plan, joint business plan
    for Bottlers, Commercial Execution plan for BUs and Channels, national BU incentives and the tools and
    implementation support required for our teams to execute the plans.

Essential Job Functions:

  • This role will manage the annual planning calendar and reporting functions deliverables.
    o Includes CEP, JBP, Monster Bottler Meeting deliverables, Annual Planning meeting presentations, etc
    o Initiates key performance indicators and works with cross functional team to track, measure and report
    performance
  • This role is responsible for the complete and holistic vision of the commercial plan and can interact with cross
    functional teams to activate the plan. Including but not limited to, America’s Leadership Team, RGM, Sales
    Systems, Brand teams, BU teams, Marketing and Channel teams.
  • Supports various functional areas on Commercial Projects, initiates/attends team meetings, organizes ad hoc
    working groups as needed to move project activities forward
  • Understand the requirements and landscape of the US Coca-Cola bottling system and NAOU’s planning cycle
  • Track, measure, analyze and report out commercial metrics utilizing KPI’s

Position Requirements:

  • Embodies team and Company values. Exhibits Monster Leadership Principles
  • 6 to 10 years of commercial planning, commercial execution or business planning
  • Preferred Monster or Beverage Co experience and/or KO/MEC distribution system
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business
  • Strong leadership, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Possesses an understanding of Monster Energy’s Bottling partners needs, abilities and transformative
    opportunities
  • Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner and possess a strong work ethic
  • Excellent at managing time, priorities, and expenses
  • Proficiency using PowerPoint and project management tools
  • Flexibility to travel as needed

Pay Range: $134,025 - $178,700
