We are currently seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer (AWS / Azure / GCP) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for providing technical solutions to support and forward cloud strategy. They will also be accountable for analyzing and implementing solutions to enable enterprise requirements. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management, is essential.
• Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
• Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs.
• Ability to work on cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience in Data Lake, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Solutions
• Ability to articulate designs to other technical staff through discussion, diagrams, and writing.
• Ability to lead teams, work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required. Leads by example and serves as a mentor for other team members.
• Good organizational and communication skills; ability to complete tasks from various-sized projects and collaborate with teams of architects and developers.
• Participate in all phases of the Enterprise Data platform development life cycle as appropriate; including, but not limited to gathering customer requirements, defining technical requirements, creating high level architecture diagrams, data validation and training sessions.
• Experience with AWS Cloud on data integration with Apache Spark, EMR, Glue, Kafka, Kinesis, and Lambda in S3, Redshift, RDS, MongoDB/DynamoDB ecosystems and other AWS services
• working experience in a DevOps environment, data integration and pipeline development.
• experience in Spark in AWS Cloud environment.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins build and continuous integration tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud bases platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
