Position Details:

You will support category review implementation, provide technical troubleshooting and training support for our eCommerce merchandising toolkits, and implement ad hoc strategic merchandising programs and special projects. You will report to the Manager, Merchandising Strategy Operations.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring to work 60% in the office (3 days per week) from either our Lake Forest, IL office or downtown Chicago office at the Merchandise Mart.

You Will:

• Work with the Managers, Channel Merchandising to implement category reviews and off-cycle maintenance opportunities
• Support the implementation of strategic merchandising programs and special projects
• Lead testing for new software features and functionalities
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support of software to the merchandising teams
• Help train new hires on our software toolkits
• Maintain Standard Operation Procedure documentation for STEP and the Gamut workstation
• Collaborate with partners in Product Information, Search, and Publishing to optimize online content

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience ecommerce, product merchandising, or product management experience
