Soliant is seeking multiple dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full or part time with students with communication and language disorders. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children.
Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of students with communication and language disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans for each student based on their specific needs and goals
• Implementing treatment plans that may include various therapeutic techniques such as articulation therapy, language therapy, cognitive therapy, and social skills training
• Providing ongoing monitoring and evaluation of students' progress
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a coordinated and effective treatment plan
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
• Providing support and education to teachers and parents on communication and language disorders
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on students' communication and language goals

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Accepting CFY as well
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
