Job Title: Pediatric Speech/Language Pathologist
M.S. CCC-SLP Salary $60 - $100 an hour
Clinical Fellow Salary: $50 - $100 an hour

Our team of experienced therapists works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to children to help them achieve their maximum potential. We are currently seeking a Pediatric Speech/Language Clinical Fellow to join our team. Therapy Blocks has a Clinical Fellow specific program that provides a supportive learning environment to facilitate the development of clinical skills, knowledge, and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of speech and language disorders in children. Our program fosters an environment where clinical fellows can gain skills as leaders within an interdisciplinary team and act as strong patient and family advocates. We provide each CF with one, dedicated CCC-SLP mentor and the support of our SLP Clinical Team, Lead Therapists and Interdisciplinay Team (OT, PT, ABA). Our Unique Clinical Fellow Features:
- Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment experience
- Evaluate, Write and Submit for Funding of an AAC high-tech speech generating device.
- Participation in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families
- One-on-one mentorship with experienced SLPs
- Participation in continuing education opportunities and multidisciplinary education
- Flexible therapy options, with the choice of providing therapy sessions in-home, in-clinic, or a customizable hybrid that combines both

Job Description: The Speech/Language Pathologist will work closely with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders in children
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to address communication goals
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to children with speech and language disorders
- Write and maintain detailed records of daily activities including progress reports and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with other members of the therapy team to ensure a holistic approach to treatment
- Providing education and support to families to help them understand their child's communication needs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
- Current provisional license to practice Speech/Language Pathology in Nevada
- Clinical Fellow
- Experience working with children with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and their families
