SPECIALIST I
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s degree in related discipline; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position. Advanced computer skills required.

This is a 7.5 hour position.

Special Notes
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Problem-solving and research/analysis skills. Knowledge of document management or content management systems preferred. Ability to design, develop, maintain, and support document imaging and management workflows, forms, and reports. Ability to support document and content management systems including Documentum content server, Captiva imaging systems, and related software products. Information Technology related certifications preferred. Ability to complete acceptance testing and assist and train on use of systems and processes associated with documents.

Public-facing and phone skills with the community at large required in the performance of varied records requests and the ability to meet tight Federal and State turnaround timelines.

Knowledge of TERMS, FOCUS, and daily Computer Operations tasks to include backups, processing, and printing payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, report cards, and DesignPro Forms Design preferred.
