The Beach Plum Spa at The Dan'l Webster Inn is seeking a receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be tech savvy, enjoy working with people and possess strong administrative skills (including experience using Outlook and using the phone). The right candidate will be passionate about customer service, have the ability to multitask and be capable of handling unexpected situations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming environment to all visitors.
• Provide efficient and accurate receptionist services to all visitors.
• Act as the face of the organization with the public.
• Make appointments and handling cashiering for clients.
• Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
