Compensation: $13.50 per hour plus 10% retail commission
Schedule: Part-Time; Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 8A – 4PM

The Spa Coordinator provides excellent customer service while serving as the spa’s first impression. You are responsible for the efficient and courteous operation of the front desk including maximizing spa bookings and collaborating with other resort departments. You seek opportunities to create excellent memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and building relationships at every interaction. You demonstrate knowledge and ability to answer questions about the various spa treatments, products and specials being offered at the spa. You promote spa specials, provide retail recommendations, and sell gift cards. Stock merchandise, maintain a clean and orderly spa and locker room by dusting, sweeping floors and processing laundry.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of spa treatments, including hair, nails, massage and facials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, associates, and the general public.
• Proficient on computer systems and software, including Spa Biz, Spa Soft or Visual One (as appropriate), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people, efficient communication and writing skills.
• Professional license preferred but not necessary (Cosmo, nail, aesthetics, massage)
