Sous Chef Day Shift Monday – Friday
Spanish Speanking Bi-Lingual Candidate needed at high end USDA Appetizer Production kitchen creating global themed cuisines & foods. Products will be packaged and sold to other professional chefs running restaurants, hotels, catering companies, etc.
In this role you will report to the head chef & owner to assist in the entire culinary operation
Your success will be measured by your ability to understand & cook large batch production and team dynamic where high quality output decides profitability.
The production relies heavily on global cuisine. So being an expert or passionate about South American and Asian Cuisine is extremely important (i.e, empanadas, dumplings, spring rolls, skewers, etc)
Ideal candidate will have worked in a high volume culinary driven kitchen. The ability to be a critical thinker with strong analysis skills is important as you must constantly consider ways to improve product quality while maintaining output efficiency.
Posting Overview:
Plan and manage kitchen production & preparation and packouts. This is a multi language kitchen and the ability to speak Spanish is a strong plus.

Lifting objects, 30-35 pounds, 3 to 5 times during the course of the shift (i.e. food boxes). Full mobility is required in order to usually inspect and monitor the kitchen environment.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year plus benefits and bonus

- Monday Through Friday Day shift 8hrs (typically 7:00 – 3:00pm) Could Vary depending on schedules
- Night shift (possibility for future)
- Bonus pay – could be worked in for production goals
