Job description
We are an Italian cuisine based restaurant. We have 2 kitchens. One kitchen with a large wood burning pizza oven. The other is the main kitchen line. You must work well with others. Work well under under pressure. Have the ability to work & create in a mainly "scratch kitchen". Must have transportation to work as public transportation stops at the Penn State Brandywine Campus, which is a 15 minute walk after you get off bus. Be able to create dinner & desserts specials with chef. Maintain proper hygiene in work areas. We are a great family type restaurant. Most people have worked here for 5 years plus. Some have worked here since we opened here 12 years ago.
