Pay is DOE: $26-30/hr

*This is a full-time, onsite position working out of our Kent, WA office*

Sourcing Recruiter Assistant Job Responsibilities:

· Execute daily involvement in recruiting efforts by sourcing applicants, posting ads, screening resumes, and networking

· Ability to understand job specifications, necessary technical skills, and certifications required to fill positions

· Manually track and maintain all applicant flow, to ensure effective documentation of outreach to candidates

· Set up virtual and in-person interviews, including coordination of travel for interviews when necessary

· Research and compile industry market information

· Provide back-up support for Receptionist when needed

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Sourcing Recruiter Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a recruiting-related role

· Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a high regard for confidentiality

· Ability to demonstrate personal accountability and resiliency when faced with obstacles that arise in recruiting

· Meticulous attention to detail and organization with a track record of accuracy

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with a willingness to contribute ideas and solutions

· Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and/or other recruiting platforms is a plus
