Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions and Services Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth by selling our expanding portfolio of solutions, services, and software to strategic public sector accounts in the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with Lenovo's Industry Solutions team and technical organization to manage end-to-end sales engagement for customers.
As a client-facing sales role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent industry sales experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise in acquisition selling. You will also be responsible for driving the voice of the customer and building C-level relationships, serving as a trusted consultant to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and margin goals through driving new business and evangelizing Lenovo's portfolio of services and solutions
- Take initiative and provide leadership in a growing business
- Partner across multiple organizations, including sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and business partners, and lead all elements of the services sales cycle
- Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals
- Understand and adapt to Lenovo's ongoing product and services developments
- Ensure that customers receive world-class sales and customer service
- Define a framework to manage long-term strategy and forecasting, effectively using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Experience in services and solutions sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful services and solutions sales experience
- Experience selling technology services
- Experience growing master service agreements and statements of work
- Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies

Average annual OTE is $240k
The base salary range for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $110 - $145k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
