Join our team! Aerospace manufacturing company in the Fullerton area, seeks Soldering Assembler.
Overall Purpose: The Soldering Assembly Operator A will work to assemble components to drawings and specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete operations by following specific processes and drawings
- Solder wire
- Must be a certified Quality Delegate, and perform Quality Delegate duties within the department.
- Adhere to 5S Standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety
Other Duties: Other duties based on the needs of the department
Qualification Requirements:
- High School education or equivalent
- Certifications in Soldering and ATP required
- Ability to read and understand drawings, documented procedures and specification
- Strong reading skills
- Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions given
- Ability to use calipers and measuring tape
- Understand basic shop math
Must possess basic computer skills
- Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Fluent in English (able to read, speak, and understand)
Physical Demands:
- While performing duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Stand
- Walk
- Reach with both hands and arms
- Perform repetitive motions
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
