We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager with Estimating Experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing solar projects from conception to completion, including estimating, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost estimates and develop project budgets.
• Develop project schedules and oversee the timely execution of projects.
• Manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and services for solar projects.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate site preparation activities.
• Prepare progress reports and other project documentation.
• Oversee the commissioning and handover of completed projects to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar project management with estimating experience.
• Experience managing solar projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic systems and components.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
