We are looking to add Solar Project Managers to our team. You will oversee the installation process of our solar panels and systems. A solar project manager maximizes efficiency in implementing detailed project plans and keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies. You will be responsible for the quality of work and keeping a project on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with financial partners to ensure projects obtain NTP (Notice to Proceed)
• Coordinate with customers and site surveyor to schedule site surveys.
• Create Expert Designs in Aurora and request plan sets.
• Ensure completed plan sets are getting stamped by Structural/Electrical Engineers.
• Submit Permit Packages to the required jurisdiction.
• Submit Interconnection applications to the utility providers.
• Communicate clearly with operations and customers to ensure high-quality solar installations.
• Use the software you will be trained on: Enerflo, Excel, Aurora, Slack, etc.

Requirements

• Knowledge of administration, management, construction methods, and tools
• Be able to coordinate own and others' actions, manage own time and manage personnel resources.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• This is an entry-level position; however, 1-2 years of solar experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
