Job description
Hospice of Jefferson County is seeking Licensed Medical Social Workers to join our team of professional staff to provide medical social work services that focus on end of life issues. Our interdisciplinary team works closely together to provide expert care to patients and families admitted to hospice, either in their homes or in the Residence.
A MSW from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work and a current New York State license in social work are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
