- Create and manage social media accounts for franchisees
- Plan and create content for social media platforms
- Hold periodic meetings with franchisees
- Report on key KPIs and performance metrics to corporate and individual franchises
- Provide social media support to franchisees who request assistance, as needed
- Systematize user-generated content
- Generate new ideas for reach and brand growth
- 1-3 years experience running professional social media accounts
- Experience creating social media strategies
- Experience working in a team
- Experience with using social media management tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
- Working knowledge of Paid social media advertisements
- Service industry background
