Job Purpose
We’re looking for someone with a passion for selecting and coordinating our Influencer marketing campaigns and Consumer Events programs. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with our external social media agencies and talented in-house team of marketers and graphic designers. The successful candidate will help curate the storytelling of Godshall’s through a mix of memorable digital content and experiential consumer events and will work to expand brand awareness, drive purchases, and build consumer loyalty.
For the Influencer marketing component of this position you will coordinate Influencer Marketing Campaigns that deliver memorable content for use on our social media platforms. You will select and collaborate with paid brand influencers and promote user generated content.
In the Consumer Event role, you will identify, coordinate and lead Consumer events in relevant cities around the country, including festivals, sporting events, and new store openings, to build brand awareness and encourage product trial. This role requires a high level of creativity, event planning, attention to detail and analytical reporting skills with the ability to measure, report and improve KPI’s and ROI.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities include:
- Identify and coordinate with paid brand influencers and promote user generated content.
- Create and maintain relationships with influencers to produce content.
- Work with agency partners to ideate and implement a monthly social media calendar with stories that inspire consumer advocacy, brand engagement, product purchase and brand loyalty.
- Respond to consumer questions and comments on social channels and retailer websites.
- Identify, coordinate and attend consumer events nationwide to build brand awareness and encourage the purchase of Godshall products at over 10,000 supermarkets nationwide.
- Execute an average of 2 consumer events per month.
- Manage multiple projects and logistics at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Perform other marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Brand Influencer and Social Media Marketing.
- Passion for storytelling and a creative mind to make ideas happen.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics, social media management software influencer coordination, blog writing and digital marketing advertising.
- Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and execute large consumer events.
- Love of food is a plus.
Working Conditions
- 25%-40% Travel
