We are looking for a Soccer Instructor to join our team and provide a hands on learning experience for our students. The successful consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in a variety of topics, including teaching kids the basics of soccer, drills, footwork and other related subjects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential. Our Program Instructors must be patient, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Start Date: August,2023-June,2024

Contractor agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver specialized soccer subject matter expertise and transfer of knowledge for 6th-8th grades Dyads each scheduled school day
• Develop and deliver educational programs to students & develop lesson plans and activities for the classroom.
• Model high quality behavior and TFS Readiness characteristics
• Provide support to students in their learning process.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Exhibit professionalism and leadership skills
• Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress, and provide grades (pass/fail) in accordance with school procedures and regulations
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment & manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators & provide availability to engage parents and families to support student learning
• Be on time, thorough and pay attention to detail
• Dates, times, and locations are subject to change

Compensation:

• $30/hr

Sam Houston Elementary in Midland ISD located in Midland, TX and Ector College Prep Middle School in Ector County ISD located in Odessa, TX. Its first school, the Academy of Advanced Learning, is located in Aurora, CO. Two other schools, Coperni 2 and Coperni 3, serve students in Colorado Springs.
