Smart TV Experience Manager (Full Time)

You will be the ‘face’ of Google TV smart TVs & streaming devices within a designated territory of big box stores. You will train in-store associates and educate customers on why they should choose Google TV. The territory requires you to cover stores in the greater Kansas City, KS area.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate training programs, education, and workshops to ensure retail sales associates’ understanding of our client’s internet-related services, mobile electronic products and brand awareness
• Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates, retail management, and client management.
• Maintain consistency and a highly visible presence in designated retail stores.
• Lectures classes on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment, following outline, handouts, and text.
• Continuously improves/customizes existing programs and courses.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum one year of experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing and/or service organizations required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekdays, and some holidays.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Behaviors that exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude required.
• Must be proficient in computer software and internet browsing technologies (Google Chrome, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Photos, etc.)
• Ability to use proprietary systems that track personnel and client/product information.
