Job Description:
At Regions, the Small Business Deposit Products, Payments, and Strategy Manager is responsible for driving business strategy, managing products and payments capabilities, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Drives the refresh of the Small Business Segment strategic priorities focused on achieving financial targets and sound risk management

Provides strategic direction in development and delivery of small business deposit products and payments capabilities through an omni channel approach

Partners with cross functional teams and leaders across the bank to align growth, performance management, and risk management priorities and execution

Positions product strategy and expectations to internal management in Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Audit, Risk, and Compliance

Identifies, consults, and/or leads execution on key projects and product initiatives related to Small Business – working to ensure an effective go-to-market strategy across the segment to capture full market opportunity

Influences marketing strategies and positioning of products and payments capabilities

Develops in depth understanding of business deposit customer and account information and serve as a subject matter expert

Maintains visibility into industry trends, customer behaviors, new product offerings, new providers and regulatory trends, and areas of focus

Ensures adherence to all of Regions’ compliance and regulatory standards

Manages a team of product managers, provides coaching and development

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This is a single incumbent position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Ten (10) years directly related experience

Preferences

Master's Degree

Management experience

Skills and Competencies

Ability to analyze and evaluate data and facts

Ability to influence others to effectively execute on strategic plans

Ability to lead a high performing team and work with senior management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and services

Strong problem-solving skills
