Red Moon Elite is a reputable skilled trades staffing company here in the Nashville, TN. With over 50+ years combined experience in the industry and branches in multiple states, we are looking to bring on another member of the team that we can call family.
Red Moon Elite is currently looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter in the Nashville, TN area. This individual would be responsible for providing manpower for large commercial and industrial projects in the area. This applicant would also need to build and maintain relationships with the manpower provided.
Your job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Building relationships with the workers
- Visiting workers at construction job sites
- Weekly team meetings
- Preparing workers for weekly job starts
- Weekly time sheet collections
- Providing PPE to the workers
- Scheduling job start dates and times
An ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- Self motivated
- Well organized
- Experience in the construction trade
- Trainable
- Reliable
- Team player
- bilingual is a plus
- Clear communication skills
