Tradeco Construction is currently seeking a highly Skilled Laborer for a project in Mayfield Heights OH.

As a skilled laborer, your duties will include, but not limited to pressure washing, assisting masons and tile setters, assisting with concrete forming and pouring, minor demo, cleanup, assisting the plumbers and other duties as required.

This a prevailing wage project and only the most qualified will be contacted.

Must be able to work 40-50hrs./week (weather permitting)

Qualifications

• Previous experience i general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred.
• Experience with the safe use of handheld and power tools
• Interest in safety is a must; OSHA 10 preferred (we can assist with this)
• Must be able to work in extreme weather/field conditions including cold, wet, & muddy
• Must be able to lift 50Lbs.
