Position Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of Site and the oversight of a team during the shift. Responsibilities will include all aspects of daily leadership, operational productivity, safety, shift planning, and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise the work activities of Team Members within his/her area
- Inspect completed work for conformance to standards
- Communicate day to day job-site objectives to team members using the appropriate programs and tools
- Train and develop team members within the work team, through the management of training calendar and curriculum
- Engage in coaching for the development of team members
- Provide input into appropriate discipline decisions related to team members
- Provide input to the team members on performance appraisals and make recommendations on promotion of team members in his/her area
- Supervisors train, coach, and develop team members to ensure customers receive excellent service and that team members are engaged in cleaning and maintaining the premises
- Ensure that time keeping requirements are lawfully upheld during shift
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Required
- Two to four years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload.
- Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven

- Lifting: Must be able to lift 40 pounds, 4 feet high, without the aid of another person.
- Standing: Must be able to bend, stoop, push and pull in the performance of job duties.
- Sitting: Must be able to sit/stand for up to a full eight (8) hour shift in the performance of job duties.
- Walking: Must be able to walk for long periods of time
- Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, typing or writing.
