Sign Fabricators and Installers - Job Description

- Looking for 3-5 years experienced Sign Fabricators and Installers
- work in-house (for substrate sign making) and work on-site (for sign installation)
- Work year round - All seasons - in house and “in-the-air” heights

Requirement:
- Must be able experienced in outdoor illuminated and non-illuminated sign installation
- Must be experienced in in-house production using Large Format Printers etc.
- Must be experience in driving and operating bucket truck/s
- Electrician/Journeyman License a plus

Basic Job Description:
- Use of in-house equipment (large format printers, vinyl cutters and laminators) for in-house production / fabrication
- in-house installation on substrates
- signs and banners - make ready for clients pickup or installation
- drive heavy vehicle/s and operate bucket truck for sign installations consisting of: channel letters - lighted boxes - pylon signs - wall signs - LED Message boards - Monument signs etc.
- capable of installation of indoor signs including: lighted signs, formed plastic letters, sign boards, etc.

- Must have valid licence with clean moving vehicle record
- work authorization
- Read, Speak, Listen, Understand and Follow instructions
- Maintain Clean Work Place
- Take responsibility of tools and equipment
- Positive/Professional/Clean clothing and appearance
- Capable of using computer/production/design (Flexi Sign - HP/Flexi) etc
- Capable of managing, maintaining and using Large Format Printers + Vinyl Cutters /
Laminators
- Capable of managing, maintaining and using power tools / hand tools / blades / knives / sharp objects
- Must be not afraid of heights - capable of using ladders upto 20 ft and use bucket trucks for installation
- Must have maths and ruler skills (precise measurement skills)
- May be required for Site Inspection for precise dimensons and photographs
- Learn ability - must be keen, adaptable and willing to use new ideas/good practices/training

Background and other requirements:
- No criminal background - no felony/misdemeanor
- Punctual and dependable
- Honest - Loyal and Diligent
- Work with Time/Activity Tracker and report periodically
- May need to drive/work on weekends / late hours / Night

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
