Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

Five (5) years experience in a health-related field required.

Experience managing initiatives, projects and programs required.

Experience and/or training in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, required.

Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Leads the development, implementation, and management of assigned program(s) and associated projects. Oversees process from planning to completion. Works with multiple internal teams, vendors, clients. Responsible for explaining, training, and mentoring the entire organization on the program. Collaborates with SHS system experts to ensure focus, alignment, and best practices for the program.
Accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Materials Program for the OHA-CCO Contract, CMS-Medicare Advantage Contract, and the OHA/CMS-Dual Special Needs Contract.
Develops and maintains an all-inclusive list of materials that are required.
Identifies, develops, and manages materials used by the organization. Collaborates with stakeholders within the organization to ensure all letters the organization is utilizing are compliant with regulations.
