Job description

Responsibilities:

· Manage all daily activities of the Shop, including inventory control, space management, and pick ups/deliveries.

· Responsible for daily inventory and ensure all inventory is accounted for and tracked.

· Prepare a monthly shop inventory of all materials and equipment available in the Shop.

· Fill out production work orders for materials being picked up or delivered from the Shop and remit to the office for processing.

· Maintain organization of job materials and shipments.

· Manage shop employee(s) and the delivery schedules for the day/week.

· Responsible for any vehicles and equipment at the Shop.

· Provide and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring employees and the shop are in compliance with all rules and procedures set forth by OSHA and the company.

· Ensure general cleanliness of the shop.

· Performs other job duties as needed.

Requirements:

· At least 3-5 years of supervising or warehouse experience.

· Work M-F (6AM – 2:30PM)

· Has leadership experience

· Ability to communicate effectively with others.

· Problem solver

· Detail oriented

· Organized

· Leadership skills to lead a group of employees towards success.

· OSHA 10 or 30 certified preferred

· Valid Driver’s License preferred

· Bi-lingual in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
