About the Job:
Title: Warehouse Associate
Report: Shipping Lead, Operations Manager
Class: Hourly, part-time hours Monday-Wednesday
Manages Others: No
Objective:
Support the mission through efficient packing, accurate shipping, and follow through on documentation and assisting with projects as needed.
Summary:
This position is focused on supporting customers by getting their purchased items to their destination with care, protection, and expedience.
The ideal candidate will tackle our shipping center with enthusiasm and demonstrate ownership through organization and efficiency; able to work independently with some supervision.
Primary Responsibilities: Pack it! Ship it! Track it!
- Package items for shipment, using a variety of material options and carriers.
- Be creative! We pack a number of different types of items that aren't always box and ship. Sometimes we have to think out of the box (literally)!
- Operate a computer-based shipping system accurately.
- Ability to properly pack items for protection and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate and work with other team members on adjacent tasks.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 60 pounds.

- Adaptable: Flexibility in tasks, schedule, and shifting priorities.

Additional Info:
This position is part-time based in our Wixom location.
Work hours are 9am to 5pm, Mon-Wednesday.
Must qualify to be legally employed in the US without sponsorship.
