Description Of Duties:

1. Run to manufacturing schedule based on customer requirements and due dates.
2. Interact with Q.A. on correcting defects in parts.
3. Perform equipment setups, verify they are correct when completed.
4. Startup and run jobs as required.
5. Training of department personnel on setups, material handling, and packaging of parts.
6. Coordinate machine repairs with Maintenance Department.
7. Interact with management and other departments to complete tasks in assigned time.
8. Interact with Engineering on required samples. Complete required documentation.
9. Monitor job performance and production efficiency of operators.
10. Make recommendations to improve production efficiency.
11. Monitor process parameters to verify maximum efficiency during runs.
12. Communicate daily issues with management.
13. Evaluate material availability and component requirements using available reports.
14. Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Job Tasks:

1. Attend MRB meetings as needed.
2. Adjust process parameters to improve parts per Q.A. and MRB direction,
3. Monitor and train personnel. Fill in for them as needed.
4. Create nonconformance reports as needed.
5. Verify part integrity to print spec.
6. Setup and start injection molding equipment.
7. Complete documentation and lot paperwork as needed.
8. Calculate and enter daily production.
9. Participate in Quarterly Inventory
10. Perform cycle counts to ensure integrity of inventory.
11. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
12. Assist in completion of corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
