Job description
"As a nurse at Foundry, I have found it so rewarding to assist in ensuring that clients receive compassionate medical care that supports them on their road to recovery. At this small facility I am not just a number, I am part of an awesome team that changes lives. Nursing is a wonderful career, and when the overwhelmed, large-corporation medical system could not provide a place for me to really provide the care I wanted to, I found Foundry. It's a unique atmosphere where leaders stand behind their word and take care of their staff and their patients with compassion while promoting good mental and physical health and supporting each of us in reaching our own personal goals.
I also found hurting souls who are fighting for their lives and who are so appreciative of the people who help them get to the other side with the compassionate care that exemplifies the true meaning of humanity. I am grateful to be part of the Foundry team as it has given me the opportunity to be the nurse I want to be and really care for people." -Missi, RN at Foundry
