- Manage all eight sales channels of the restaurant
- Proper cash handling
- Ensure the completion of daily walkthroughs
- In the moment coaching and feedback for Team Members
- Hold Team Members accountable to all policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices
- Proactively anticipating guest needs
