The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.- Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.
- Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
- Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
