Le Parfait Paris Point Loma in San Diego is seeking a shift lead to join our team. We are located at 2820 Historic Decatur Road 92106. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated and hard-working.

Available shifts might differ from week to week.

Guaranteed pay $19.00 /h with tips: $16.5/hrs + tips

(usually average around $22-$24/h with tips )

Responsibilities include:

*Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience *Coordinate and facilitate staff member’s tasks to ensure timely execution *Train and develop new team members to company standard *Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions *Motivate staff while working towards one goal *Place daily orders for food from our commissary and from our vendors

Qualifications include:

*Outgoing and engaging personality *Strong communication and listening skills *Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently *Experience in food service *Experience in a leadership role is a plus
