We are accepting applications for a Full-Time Shift Lead at Jets Pizza in Cadillac
Starting wage depends on experience
Customer Service is everything at Jets Pizza. A Shift Lead ensures that EVERY customer that comes through our doors has an amazing customer experience. The shift lead also keeps employees on task and makes sure deliveries are headed out the door on time.
Responsibilities include:
- Open and close the store
- Make pizza dough (we will teach you)
- Food prep
- Be a Wizard at making pizza (we will teach you)
- Resolve Customer concerns
- Supervise employees during shift
- Ensure all employees are providing high customer service and following proper procedure
- Preform cleaning duties as needed
- Preform nightly cash counts and prepare deposit
- Work closely with General Manager to ensure that company initiatives for the store are accomplished
Must have reliable car & opening availability
Required Skills:

- Excellent leadership qualities
- Speed, able to work to maintain a fast paced environment
- Organization
Previous restaurant and leadership experience is a plus, will train the right individual
