OVERVIEW
- Participate on project teams that define, design, and develop SecOps solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements gathered from various clients
- Configure and code solutions for clients under the guidance of a NewRocket Senior SecOps Consultant
- Prepare Requirement, Design, or Test Plan documents as part of the project
- Help define and estimate sprints for Agile projects
- Provide guidance and instruction on showing end users how to use the solution that has been built for them
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills as part of designing and developing IRM/GRC solutions
- Perform custom or OOTB demonstrations as requested by the General Manager
- Contribute to the generation of the TDATE as requested by the General Manager
- Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices
- Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
- Provide technical guidance, direction, and oversight to project team members
- Lead sprints to build, review and refine use case functionality
- Support migration of packages to test environment and support UAT
- Support migration to production environment
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer
- Develop training and knowledge transfer documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Demonstrated experience with HRSD.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira.
