Insight Global is currently seeking a ServiceNow Administrator for one of the larger agriculture insurance organizations in the US. This is with a team we've placed a ServiceNow Admin on a year ago, and due to growth and promotions we are looking to add another individual to the team. This group has a fantastic culture, room for advancement, and is seeking to add someone long-term. We are ideally looking for someone close to Louisville, KY who can commute to the headquarters location twice a week, however for the right candidate their may be more flexibility if they are located further away. Below is a brief overview if you may be interested in learning more:

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Admin – experience working with the IT Service Management (ITSM), and CMBD platform
  • Experience leading projects and gathering requirements from business owners
  • Able to work on team setting – can collaborate with members
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule

Plusses:

  • Any ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) or ServiceNow IRM (Integration Risk Manager)
  • Experience working with asset management and incident management

This employee will join the Technology Group within this organization and assist with supporting their commonly used business applications. Currently there are over 50 different types of applications that this admin would be responsible for supporting from a break/fix perspective however this admin’s time will be spent supporting the ServiceNow application (70% ServiceNow Administration, 30% other business applications such as SharePoint, OnBase, etc). The main requests that this engineer will run with include approving requests for user permissions and correcting software that is not configured correctly. They could also provide recommendations on enhancements to the ServiceNow environment as they will be one of the main system engineers supporting that tool. Ticket volume varies each day however they should expect around 5-6 tickets but that will pick up. There are also 3 other ServiceNow engineers on this team that focus almost exclusively on the tool so they can continue to mature the tool.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
