Job Duties

▪ Trouble-shoot, diagnose & correct the following: HVAC, minor –plumbing, electrical, appliance problems. ▪ Performs written resident work orders as assigned by supervisor. ▪ Know current condition of all vacant apartments. ▪ Provide minor carpentry/sheetrock repairs. ▪ Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on rental units. ▪ Flooring repairs, re-key locks, inspect for safety hazards. ▪ Paints rental units as scheduled by supervisor. ▪ Caulk counter tops, sinks, bathtubs, etc. as needed. ▪ Changes A/C filters, check coils, and cleans if necessary. ▪ Maintain landscape & pool care. (too include but not limited to trash & pet feces removal) ▪ Maintains tools and equipment in good safe working order. ▪ Incorporates both safety and customer service in a professional manner at all times on all jo ▪ Shovel snow, plow and salt or use ice melt, as needed. ▪ Other duties as assigned. ould personally own: Screwdriver Set, Hammer, Pliers, Basic Wrench Set, Basic Socket Set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.95 - $21.95 per hour
