We are working with a leading Financial Institution in the Delaware County area. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for escalations
• Assists in providing support to other service desk technicians when volume is high
• Delivers personal computers, application software, hardware, and peripherals that are running on local and wide area networks, such as printers, modems, and scanners, as well as tests, maintains, supports, and fixes them.
• Provide in-person support when needed
• Develops rapport with customers of the service desk
• Creates FAQ and help sheets for end users
• Documents, records and tracks all service desk incidents

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required
• 3-5 years of information technology experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Associate's degree in Information technology is preferred
• CompTIA A+ certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+ are a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Able to work independently as well as on a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Details:

• Full time: M-F
• Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
• Job Type: Hybrid after training
