JOB: Service Coordinator
LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio
EMPLOYMENT/FLSA STATUS: Full Time, Regular, Non-Exempt
NORMAL WORKING HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as the initial point of contact responsible for the intake of all telephone and electronic service requests. You will work with customers to understand scope of service requests and assign to the appropriate responsible Regional Service Manager. You will become a partner with our Preferred Customers by consistently delivering exceptional solutions to both predict and prevent equipment failure, ensuring their equipment is running at full capacity with limited breakdowns. You will:
- Build and foster a team environment while remaining present with technicians;
- Input all Customer Service Requests into Ascent Dispatch software:
- Accept all electronic/e-mailed service requests and process in accordance with policy
- Complete Dispatch Service reports for:
- First Time Fix percentage
- Refrigeration/Electrical/HVAC call percentage breakdowns
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys when assigned;
- Process completed Work Orders from field:
- Purchase Order receipts
- Gas receipts
- Assist Regional Service Managers with online portal management;
- Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record;
- Experience working with numerous software suites, to include Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate online websites, providing essential service-related updates as requested

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The Overall Physical Demands of this job are considered Light.
