We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator!

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Able to convey customer requirements to the Service and Managerial Teams.
  • Manage relationships for each prospect by fact finding, follow-up, identifying customers' needs, presenting pricing option, and overcoming objections.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Must have great customer facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers
  • Must be an effective communicator at all levels
  • Able to work simultaneously with all teams: Sales, Service, BDC and Finance
Preferences
  • Experience working to AutoAlert
  • Experience working with CDK
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Previous experience working service to sales
  • Previous BDC experience
