Cicchetti: N./ chi-ket-tee / small savory dishes served in‘bàcari (cicchetti bars or osterie) in Venice. You can make meal of them by ordering several small plates which can be shared amongst friends, similar to tapas.

Bar Cicchetti is a full-service restaurant and craft bar dedicated to offering a bold and fresh perspective on worldly flavors, with a communal, neighborhood appeal. Nestled in Oklahoma City’s Deep Deuce Neighborhood on 2nd Street, ingredients sourced from regional farms come together to highlight Mediterranean-American cuisine, craft cocktails and local Oklahoma beers.

Our daily aim is to share the 'Cicchetti' philosophy of eating simple yet delicious food to be shared with your friends over a round of drinks!

We are looking for a friendly & cheerful server to become a part of the Bar Cicchetti team. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and directly impact our guest experience. Server responsibilities include greeting guests at the door, ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Hours: We are open for evenings only plus Sunday brunch – hiring for part-time or full-time

Pay: Pay range is based on hourly tip share. Our servers and bartender take home $600 - $800 per week, on average!

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in a consistently timely and hospitable manner
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages which they will love, giving guidance and steering the guest experience
• Answer questions or make recommendations based on our menus
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Manage complaints or problems with a positive attitude alongside appropriate leadership
• Issue checks and run payment; cash handling
• Complete side-work as needed to execute smooth service shifts

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties and maintaining a drawer balance properly

• Current Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License
