Background

Established in 2003, Brennan's is an award-winning bar and restaurant in the Central West End, offering an extensive selection of beer, wine, whiskey, and small plates in an upscale-casual environment. A regular and diverse clientele in mind, our top priorities are exceptional customer service, quality selection and an inviting, comfortable environment ideal for good conversation and celebration.

Brennan's moved from its original location on Maryland Ave to a new location at 316 N. Euclid Ave (around the corner, within the same building). With the move, Brennan's has added square footage in areas that are important to the customer experience and made a number of upgrades to the bar spaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sets up and stocks items and other necessary supplies for the shift.
• Sets up for private events when needed.
• Knowledgeable on our cocktail, wine, beer, and food menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and drinks.
• Cleans and sanitizes bar and table surfaces before, during, and after customers.
• Performs sidework and closing duties included and checks out with FOH manager before clocking out.

Shifts will range from start times of 2pm-6pm and ending times of 10pm-2am depending on business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
