We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst - Strategy Implementation to join our team. In this role, you will investigate problems and develop solutions in order to drive our business objectives forward.

What you will do in this role:

  • Maintain commercial reporting structure, data integrity, & supporting tools for the region
  • Assess business performance through analytics of commercial reporting (sell-in, sell-out, profitability, forecasting tools, competitive data, KPIs by channel, etc.)
  • Draw clear insights across brands, categories, and channels
  • Develop recommended future actions based on insights
  • Communicate out high-level assessment & action plans to key internal stakeholders
  • Synthesize complex sets of data streams into concise, executive-level presentations
  • Apply business learnings to drive long-range strategy for the company
  • Utilize insights and project management skills to shepherd progress against regional strategic goals
  • Ensure channel and marketing teams are progressing towards strategic priorities

Your Skills

Successful candidates will have the following qualities:

  • Proficient in project management skills - Detail oriented, organized, and able to track project progress
  • Highly Analytical - you love to gather data, assess performance, and storyboard key insights & action plans to drive success
  • Results driven - you are able to hold teams accountable against team goals & help steer actionable solutions
  • An eye for making impactful presentations that communicate your ideas in a concise way
  • Self-starter - comfortable with navigating ambiguity
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work across functional teams & a facilitate strategic conversations
Requirements and Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Data Scientist, Finance, or relevant field
  • Strong working knowledge of retail industry & retail math (2-4 years in retail industry preferred)
  • Proficient in charting/graphing software and analytics/business intelligence platforms (Excel, Think-cell, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with data blending software a plus (Alteryx)
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present executive level data to internal stakeholders
