Senior Project Manager - Public Works – Richardson
Halff Associates has an immediate opening in our Richardson office for a Professional Engineer with 12 or more years of experience in Public Works. This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities. This position will have a large amount of autonomy in managing other professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers.
Senior Project Manager - Public Works Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License in Texas, or transferable within 2 months
- 12+ years of experience in utility and public works design
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Good technical writing and communication skills
- Experience in project scope development, professional services fee development and staffing projections
- Experience in producing winning project proposals as lead professional/project manager
- Strong ability to train and mentor staff
- Must be proficient in project management, administration and supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines.
- Positive attitude, self-directed
