Job Overview
Support the Care Training Delivery Team by providing implementation and logistics support for Frontline and Leadership Development programs, which includes engaging in all stages of program and project management cycles from analysis through to evaluation for multiple, concurrent projects with competing priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with peers and cross-functional teams to understand project impacts and needs to prepare for critical next steps and seeing the project through to success.

  • Organize project, program, and content reviews with appropriate audiences to ensure appropriate feedback is implemented and meets customers’ needs.

  • Engage appropriate leadership audience to make key decisions, communicate project/program status, and follow up on progress by scheduling appropriate meetings.

  • Coordinate scheduling, attendance, and tracking in appropriate Learning Management Systems, including but not limited to Cornerstone and THRIVE. Inform appropriate audiences when there are early signs of project deadline risks and collaborate on next steps to get project back on target.

  • Oversee coordination, tracking & communication updates for site support and facilitator needs. Inform appropriate audiences when there are early signs of project deadline risks and collaborate on next steps to get project back on target.

  • Partner with Program Managers or project stakeholders to provide updates and/or read outs to senior leaders, along with addressing cross-project dependencies.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field preferred


Work Experience
:

  • 4+ years experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.

  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proven presentation and influence skills. Demonstrate high level of executive maturity.

  • Utilizes effective methods to stay on track with managing small to large sized projects that may have competing, quick turn-around deadlines.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to make good judgments/informed decisions and have strong interpersonal skills.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
